Eternal is kicking off 2018 with thier most ambitious and aggressive annual campaign since we kicked new life into the Australian MMA scene back in 2012. A minimum of ten events this calendar year across three states of Australia.
Already by far the best attended MMA event series in Australia and closing in on one million youtube views, Eternal are capitalizing on their consistent and reliable showcasing of Australia’s most exciting fights to grab the largest slice of the nations combat sports supporters.
Fighters, teams, and spectators all know what to expect with Eternal and its paying the company dividends. Fighters and teams know that when they book a fight on an Eternal event that the event will take place, eternal has never canceled or postponed an event and say they never will, fighters are the shows main commodity and they treat them as such.
Fans attending Eternal events found out very quickly that they are only interested in matching cracking competitive fights between fighters that have a great mix of technical ability, athleticism, flair, and personality. There’s a reason why Eternal’s youtube channel is Australia’s most popular combat sports channel.
For the first quarter of the year while other shows are struggling and canceling events Eternal have announced three absolute cracking events over a five-week period that sees them visit three Australian states bringing title fights and local and national stars
The first show of the year kicks off at Eternal’s spiritual home on the Gold Coast on March 3rd, Eternal’s 30th event is set to be a cracker. The Southport Sharks Event Centre is a premium fight venue and with a sold-out show, the atmosphere is second to none. Eternal bantamweight champion Mitch Martin will look to make the second defense of his title against Queensland’s own Chris ‘Kewlbonez’ Morris. Both men have been around the traps and this fight will not fail to deliver in the entertainment stakes. With an undercard stacked with some of Australia’s best talent, this is not a card to be missed.
The following weekend, March 10th, Eternal ships its operation to the West coast for another sell-out show in The WA Italian Club. Eternal 31 will see Isi Fitikefu from Sydney defend his middleweight strap against the self-proclaimed ‘King Of Perth’ Josh Della. The co-main event will see the younger Della brother, Jack make the first defense of his welterweight belt against Luke Howard from Bali MMA. Once again a crop of local talent will be looking to make an impression on the Australian MMA scene in support of these two feature bouts.
On April 7th Eternal will make is promotional debut in Adelaide. Bringing the most stacked card Adelaide has seen since the UFC hit the town in 2015, back to a big stadium show being held at The Titanium Security Arena. Eternal has matched some of Adelaide’s fighting favorites in an attempt to put South Australian MMA back on the map. Local favorite Miles Simpson will make his first defense of his featherweight title against Perth boy Ryan Gray. The ever popular and entertaining Caruso brothers will also headline the card as well as a heavyweight scrap between Phil Ikifanga and Randal Rey of Sydney. As always the undercard features the best the local scene has to offer.
May sees another spurt of events with the return to Southport Sharks for Eternal 33 and another huge card with some cracking national and international fights already locked and loaded to go.
Eternal has a hugely aggressive strategy for 2018 and an unsurpassed hunger to succeed within the team that has seen one half of the partnership take the bold step of committing to Eternal full time after stepping away from his day job to concentrate on promoting.
With an extra 40 plus hours of work getting put in each week and the fruition of a couple of national partnerships with sponsors, Eternal is looking to reign.
