Pow Boxing signs multi event venue agreement with QV54 at the Land Bank


CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA, APR 27, 2015 –Pow Boxing, the newest premier organization for White Collar, Amateur and Pro Boxing, is proud to announce that an agreement has been signed with The Land Bank to bring multiple events to the property in 2015.New Picture

The first event is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 29, 2015 with additional dates to be announced

“I am absolutely thrilled that we are bringing a quality event to a high end venue like The Land Bank in Cape Town.  We are on a mission to bring the finest entertainment to this venue for our guests. Pow Boxing will provide great fights, and the venue lends itself to a high end night of boxing, we are the new force in boxing in the Western Cape” stated Andy Pow, Pow Boxing promoter

“As QV 54 are excited to be able to finally offer Boxing events together with Pow Boxing, we have been in discussions about this for a long time it is great having a promoter who actively boxes running the show” stated representative for QV54, Gunter Boisits. “Working in hospitality bottles up a lot of frustrations and boxing is seen by many in the industry as a healthy valve to get rid of the tensions, we look forward to seeing some familiar faces in the ring”

In addition to managing The Land Bank at QV54 Gunter Boisits also runs the famous Carne Restaurant and 95 Keerom. Two of top restaurants in Cape Town
