4 July, 2015 - ROAD Fighting Championship will launch its global expansion by holding its first-ever overseas event in Tokyo, Japan on 25 July, 2015.  ROAD FC 024 will take place at the 10,000-seat Ariake Coliseum.

A Women's? Atomweight match was originally set between Japan's MMA queen Shinashi Shinashi vs LeeSatoko and up and coming starlet Park Ji-Hye.  Unfortunately, Park was injured in training and will not be able to compete.

In her place will be another young Korean female prodigy, Lee Ye-Ji from Team J who will be making her professional MMA debut.  Lee has an extensive background in Kickboxing, has competed in Judo, and started her amateur MMA career in ROAD FC Central League.  Lee is the youngest female fighter to join ROAD FC as a professional.  She is 16 years old, and Shinashi will be 22 years her senior!

Lee Ye-Ji's mother gave her approval, stating that she wanted to give her daughter the best opportunity to become a great fighter.
