ROAD FC: BOB SAPP Becomes the New Vice President for RoadFC
Bob Sapp became an icon on the world stage in 2002 in both K-1 Kickboxing and PRIDE Mixed Martial Arts. In his first year, he fought 8 times, submitting Yoshihiro Takayama and knocking out Ernesto Hoost. In 2005, he faced "Techno Goliath" Choi Hong-Man, then fought in Korea at Hero's in Seoul. Sapp fought in ROAD FC 008 against Kim Jong-Dae, losing by TKO in the second round.
After Sapp retired from fighting, he made a special appearance in Korea's "Crying Fist: Tokyo Express", then came back to Korea as a Special Announcer for ROAD FC in 2014. Now Sapp will use his massive international experience in the world of MMA as ROAD FC Vice President in charge of Global Public Relations. Sapp has experienced the development of MMA in Korea and stated:
