The Openweight Tournament semifinals will take place with Choi Hong-Man vs Aorigele, and Myung Hyun-Man vs Mighty Mo. During the follow up press conference, the four semifinalists addressed the media.

Mighty Mo was asked which other semifinalist he expected to meet after he won this round. He replied, "The one that I'm going to beat. Do you have an idea who that is?"

Choi Hong-Man was asked about his aggressive behavior towards Aorigele in the press conferences even after Aorigele apologised for his earlier behavior, and if he would apologise to Aorigele. He responded, “I will answer that question after the fight. I saw rudeness in his eyes.”

Aorigele was asked about his own attitude change for the better since his previous match. He stated, “This is my first time since Korea, I want to make a good impression on everyone and show that Chinese fighters are polite.”

Myung Hyun-Man was asked what kind of strategy he was preparing for the fight. He responded, "I think we are both heavy punchers, and that's what we're going to do. However, that's not a strategy. I will catch his timing tomorrow, and you'll see me finish him.”
